I agree with everything Gary said except for the first item. But there you are, you pays your money and you takes your choice. Appropriately it's also every bit as ugly as a Nissan four wheel drive. The top speed is restrictive, it's heavy, and it's noisy. And here in the UK the price difference between the Contax 645 and the H1 is smaller than in the USA.ĭoes all this make the H1 the perfect camera? Not even close. Fast auto focus, not Canon fast but fast enough to track a doddery old dear hobbling across the garden at a wedding reception.
